On 20 February 2020, HBA Dallas-Fort Worth had the pleasure of hosting Josef McNeal for a discussion on Innovative Leadership at Pappadeaux Seafood in Grapevine, TX. HBA DFW attendees had the opportunity to network prior to the presentation with Networking Bingo, listen to Josef’s experience and leadership for innovation around patient demands and engage in a Q&A with Josef.

In a private dining room at Pappadeaux Seafood in Grapevine, more than 20 HBA members attended and participated in a discussion around innovation for the patient in healthcare. He asked everyone to think of the patient as the center point, with understanding thier journey as the ultimate goal. He creates an environment for his team that allows them to learn while giving them the space to own their own business. Josef even shared that reading is a huge priority for his personal development.
