Anne-Marie is a leadership and development coach, consultant, facilitator and award-winning communicator. With a career spanning 25 years, Anne-Marie has held board-level positions within some of the world’s premier healthcare communication agencies. She knows, first hand, the challenges associated with leading a business in a highly competitive and regulated environment – all the while trying to be profitable, empowering and authentic. 

Anne-Marie’s ah-ha moment came when she was the only dedicated in-house coach in the UK healthcare communications industry. There she discovered the power of leading businesses compassionately. Unsurprisingly individuals thrived, teams grew stronger and creativity, productivity and profitability soared. Yet, outdated leadership practices remained the norm, so in 2009 Anne-Marie set up Ruby Red Coaching & Consulting® to revolutionize and humanize the way we work and lead. Today, she works with exceptional leaders and teams, helping them to do the very best work of their careers, while leading and living their best lives.

Jerry Pico is currently the senior director, learning and development Europe, Daiichi Sankyo Europe, where he is responsible for leading a team to design and implement a learning portfolio, leadership and top talent development programs and talent management processes to support a values-driven culture change for all employees. Prior to this current role, Jerry more than 20 years of professional experience designing and implementing both regional and global leadership, culture change and diversity and inclusion projects for leading companies in the technology, financial and professional services, life sciences, retail (FMCG) and manufacturing sectors including Allianz, Google, Wells Fargo, Swarovski and Ernst & Young. Jerry lives in Munich with his wife and 10-year-old son. Growing up in Brooklyn, NY and living for 20 years in San Francisco, CA, he has a deep appreciation for diverse peoples and cultures and brings that passionate appreciation to his work.
