Workshop: Playing with Purpose: Using the Power of Play to Build Actions for Gender Equality

4:15 - 5:15 pm

Speakers: Anne-Marie Rodriguez de Killeen and Jerry Pico

Anne-Marie is a leadership and development coach, consultant, facilitator and award-winning communicator. With a career spanning 25 years, Anne-Marie has held board-level positions within some of the world’s premier healthcare communication agencies. She knows, first hand, the challenges associated with leading a business in a highly competitive and regulated environment – all the while trying to be profitable, empowering and authentic.

Anne-Marie’s ah-ha moment came when she was the only dedicated in-house coach in the UK healthcare communications industry. There she discovered the power of leading businesses compassionately. Unsurprisingly individuals thrived, teams grew stronger and creativity, productivity and profitability soared. Yet, outdated leadership practices remained the norm, so in 2009 Anne-Marie set up Ruby Red Coaching & Consulting® to revolutionize and humanize the way we work and lead. Today, she works with exceptional leaders and teams, helping them to do the very best work of their careers, while leading and living their best lives.

Anne-Marie’s clients vary from local entrepreneurs to Fortune 500 companies around the world. Previous clients include: Axon Communications, DDB Remedy, GlaxoSmithKline, Landesbank Baden-Württemberg, Metabolic Support UK, Napp Pharmaceuticals, Porter Novelli, Roche and The National Trust.

Energetic, fun and creative are words often used to describe Anne-Marie's style - making her a highly sought-after facilitator and speaker. She’s an ICF accredited coach and NLP master practitioner, as well as, one of a handful of people in the UK certified to design and facilitate workshops with the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® and Points of You® methodologies.
