Founded in 2005, the HBA Research Triangle Park (RTP) chapter seeks to foster professional growth and build personal relationships among women within the healthcare community in North Carolina. The RTP chapter of the HBA has more than 200 members reflecting a diverse group of healthcare professionals from the pharmaceutical and biotech industry in North Carolina. For more information on the RTP chapter of the HBA, join us on Facebook, Twitter or LinkedIn.
The overarching goal of the RTP chapter is to deliver high value to its members by fostering professional growth and helping to build personal relationships. To advance this goal, the RTP Chapter provides local leadership opportunities through volunteer development offerings and the chance to gain experience of serving on a not-for-profit board. Since the HBA is a volunteer organization, the collaborative leadership skills acquired through personal involvement are an invaluable part of members’ experience.
